Shipping came quickly, packaging was great. The assembly was easy, but the instructions are only imaged without and unfortunately to recognize text very poor. That's why I had decided on this satellite dish. But that is utter nonsense. I used a stainless steel rod with diameter of 5 cm and the two holders only with effort can push it. But fortunately I had the mounts of my old bowl and still could use this. The included mast brackets are max. strong for 4.5cm masts suitable.
