The operation is really easy, and the bread is delicious! Very practical is the time delay if you have a small supply of bread mixes (mixes of cheap discounters are ok, really delicious, the twice as expensive Aurora mixtures in 500g bag) and if you read the instructions and thus understands that you only the water and then fills in the bread mixture, then the bread always succeed.

Update January 2013: device is still running, if it is no longer used as often (after all, makes bread as carbohydrate bomb pretty bold!). Great pizza dough can thus make:
500g flour (optionally ~ 450g spelled flour)
250ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Pinch Of Salt
1 sachet of yeast
Simply run the Teigprogramm.
One should not leave the device turned on long after it is gone (yes it has a power switch), then that the display is strange and the device does not respond after switching on and off. After a few hours of power my device went but repeatedly.
