I am in the same case as the latest opinions.
Product scored after 15 days. No box, produced worked poorly, head and arms do not correspond at all to the photo. Product also purchased from Gadget Store.
No label, we do not even know where the product comes from. I feel that the plastic will melt into the cup.
Do not buy !!!
