It works but actual 9 meters and not 23 m, the scam because nothing stretches. The end pipe inside is tight and rigid when it is full of water and the outer casing remains green wrinkled and inelastic due to the non-expansion / stretching of the inner pipe, 9 meters at all broken instead DE23 !!! It's cool 9 meters hose end, it does not take up storage but it will not get far. Why not cut at 1 meter: more compact and easy to store! It's true for now it does not buckle.
