With the included software, you can also vote the hardware keys well to their needs.

For example:
- Scan and Send as Email: Opens the selected e-mail client after scanning (Thunderbird)
- Scan and Save as PDF: Scans document and create a PDF when multiple documents in a PDF should you have to specify which and the pages are appended.

For me a good buy if he continues to work so long.
