The Sony clock radio is chic and compact, the unit is quickly connected with a sufficiently long cable to the power and put into operation. The Lightening connector has been designed exclusively for Apple devices of the latest generation (from iPhone 5), but can be bridged, tested with an iPod Touch and iPhone 3GS, which have also been charged by means of a plug-30-pin adapter to Lightening. So if you mainly looking for a beautifully designed and compact alarm clock, determined joy has this clock radio. However, the sound is unfortunately more likely to be described as below average, sometimes I even prefer to hear directly with the iPhone music because it sounded muffled to me. Louder it also makes getting worse rather than better.
Conclusion: If the clock radio are priced around 30 euros, I would have no hesitation to recommend it as an alarm clock or Shower Radio, but in the current price range around the 74.38 euros (as of 09.04.2013) should particularly tonally more on offer!
