Joe-looking, well better go Hearns WOS since Danzer as singing, for example, in his song I AM GAY jammed, has this been going to the kidneys and the listener may wonder why songs of Rammstein are prohibited .. (but please listen to yourself to!)
But Danzer always upholds irony and character of his songs, abusive and Zeitgeist alike. The lifts him out of the Liedermacher- landscape.

This 3-CD provides a very good overview, access from Danzer's work, for those who might know him through Austria 3 and now want to delve even deeper into the universe Danzersche. The musical arrangements increase the text - Listen - and libelous pleasure.

Quite successful, in fact - - can be seen a little bit damaged it, the only photos in the CD booklet is beautiful. A few biographical details would have been nice, the title would have justified that - and the fact that we would have really loved to have Georg Danzer longer among us. But his songs - though often brushed against the zeitgeist will outlast those.
