I have the helmet in the ultra cool 'Wing' paint!
The helmet is great, is easy to adjust and even caused me no headaches (I have often since problems for bad fit). The skull is enclosed from the eyebrows to the spine approach - including sitting the wheel. So this is much lower than that of a racing helmet. If you have to put your head far into the neck (racing attitude), then this can be disturbing. In each upright posture that does not matter.
The chin strap are soft, they are also easy to adjust in length and position. They are riveted to the outer hard shell ABS, the adjusting ring is cast into the inner PS shell.
All pads can be removed; none of the pad is connected to the fasteners (which is sometimes the case, making cleaning / drying more difficult. Since I use the helmet in other ways (see below), which is an important criterion. Whether and how long this pad once and the auskletten will survive is another matter.
The wind noise when cycling are louder than a 'quick' InMold helmet, but it's a dirt bike helmet and nobody's for racing.
The surface feels as if a thin layer of rubber coated, am curious how long does that.
All processing makes a very good impression and definitely it is an eye-catcher!
My off-label use: whitewater kayaking. The rapid size adjustment you can sometimes go with neoprene cover, without setting it would cost a lot of time. This use at your own risk, to my knowledge, is the helmet not tested for use as a water sports helmet! (I do not know the test conditions; only for helmets) Yet I can not imagine that you can have as Anfäger in Wilwasser harder serves as the wheel at 20 km / h or more to pop against a concrete curb. The shape and design of this helmet is the WW helmets but so similar and the helmet so stable that I prefer to wear as a WW-helmet, which looks like a pot turned upside down overnight. In addition, it is a fact that wherever whitewater automatically draufsteht an inexplicable price premium to come. Is just a niche sport ...
