Delivery and packaging as far as very satisfactory (in a sort of cardboard cylinder). Big minus (only 3 stars) because the goods ordered (SZ rod spring locking) was unfortunately delivered in the form of a rod with screw SZ :-( There are not many companies offering smooth rods with spring fasteners. Accordingly, I have also invested time and deliberately ordered a smooth rod, because I have already had bad experiences with screw caps. The disappointment was correspondingly large, but me a return shipment was too cumbersome. I also use in this rod spring fasteners (purchased separately), the grooves, although stronger and lighter exchangeable are at the bar but still nervous definitely.
