Honest bit-lit book though completely devoid of originality. We are at the crossroads between Tarantino Kill Bill and Anita Blake by Laurell K Hamilton. The characters are bland and stereotyped, their psychology is very basic and not very credible. The beginning and end of the book are well constructed, the rest is just filler for schoolgirls spotty, not necessarily exciting, but correctly written. It is very accessible and quite entertaining: the fast-food literature written in good French. This can be a beautiful gateway to read then more substantial things in the genus (the beginning of Anita Blake, Mercy Thompson, Rachel Morgan).
