- Cooking books with beautiful pictures, they are people full, it's very nice, we like it, but we love it as beautiful architectural books: they are laid on the coffee table and the guests like to check it out while preparing the drink. As against this rarely revenues because they are complicated. Jamie's book is very beautiful .... but not only can be rather easily because all recipes of Italian cuisine is relatively simple from the standpoint of ingredients and instruments.
- In most cooking books, I want to make about a recipe of 4 at best, but here, it seems so appealing (and it is!) And simple that I want to do at least 2 of 3.
- Be careful it does not mean that the recipes are bland: they are very inspired and ingenious and will impress your guests, so the quality is there!
- Revenue are extremely well explained Jamie really takes you by the hand and emphasizes the points not to miss on what really run the recipe: it's really nice, because we feel that he really wants to make you successful your dish, not to enhance it.
In addition you learn a lot about the Italian kitchen in general, but only if you want (and have time), because these parts there are separate recipes themselves ...
If only all the kitchens of books could be like this ...
