The steam juicer has passed its first test in the production of juice of quince well. The juice yield is good, the juice was nice and clear, the tapping of the juice works cleanly and without dripping (unlike my old model). Not less important deficiency: The lower edge of the discharge pipe from the central cup part is about half a centimeter above the ground of this part, so that a larger rest of the juice runs out of the pot voluntarily. You have to tilt the pot to get at these rest, and that's not easy at the height of the pot. Two hands are not enough for it. But canning is anyway a family event, right?
