I usually have the Abus Granit City Chain X-Plus 1060 in the 110cm version to back up my bike (when things should be somewhere out there longer). But with its 2.2kg weight this is not necessarily enough for everyday use in the sense of simple driving around with the wheel.
That's why I thought it would vault 1385/85 additionally provided which then serves as wheel for brief moments to secure, or so that you still have an eye on it (beer garden etc.)
I wanted to have a combination lock so I can use it without lugging a bulky key.
This works perfectly in this castle. Although the combination of changes would have to be found only by tedious trial and error.
Unfortunately Abus provides no information material for adjusting the number combination. Which is a shame really, because if you get it, you would say that would have been declared this info with two sets and a picture.
The second weak point is the transition from closure part for the first chain link.
The individual chain links are sufficient dimensioned. According Abus around 7mm thick and comes out well.
But the element which is the first link to the closure element connects is in my view an eyebolt which has a diameter of 3-4 mm steel. From Material ago it seems to be the same steel, but due to the small thickness, it has then to impact only half the security.
So it is with me even become a castle, which is limited in use.
(As described above, in order briefly to connect the wheel, or if you still have an eye on it.)
Because of this security flaw there be which rounded up to four only 3.5 star :-)
