I bought 2 years ago, these batteries. Unfortunately, I made it only 1 year later to use these batteries in my smoke alarm. Because I thought the Duracell a sharp product, I have bought this specially. Unfortunately, this was a fallacy.

After a short time I had to replace 2 batteries, because the smoke detector beeping. Last month, now replaced the 4th Battery. This is an absurdity that these batteries do not withstand time 1 year (expiry date March 2017)

So seller is ski vines I had to replace 4 batteries of 10 batteries after 6 months. The answer was really crystal clear, because customer service, we indeed in Germany not just capitalized.

My smoke detectors are to blame and not these batteries.

If I get such mails a business for me is so dead and down through with me.

So write manufacturer.

And what can I tell you, I was amazed. The next day an email then briefly clarified the facts and now comes the hammer. It has further ado reimburse me the purchase price.

So something call Customer ixh times.

The resplendent and sellers not even 1 star worthy.
