Seller sends excellent replacement for broken clock

After I have very long to wait for this clock, it came very late but still on. Although the clock looks very nice, but it smells awful, somehow musty, even after long "air time". The clock itself was working about half an hour, then she stopped. Newly asked, same problem. Even for the "small" price an absolute disappointment.
Why still a positive review? The seller has - after a negative review - reported and sent me a replacement, with which I am more than satisfied. Very nice contact, endeavor and the generous and flawless replacement came quickly.
