Service abysmal, not carefully, repair time each for 2 weeks

The unit is top of the technical data, mileage, quality

- But -

who has the misfortune to use the Acer warranty repair to need can be sure:

- The unit will always be 2 weeks away. Every time before backup, packing, to be picked up.
- It is reperiert something, but it apparently no one checked to see if it really works
- It will be set then 3x sending, 3x Backup and packing and then an "unwinding"
to get to the dealer - which then again takes 2 weeks.

So it can go with Acer: almost 8 weeks without laptop.

Who is professionally or academically dependent on AWAY - shame really.
