Service under all

We have on fair ner bought this baby monitor because it has no frills but everything you need. The price seemed low, but there was not yet clear to us that eats the thing batteries! Every 2-3 days must be changed of course what really goes into the money. A power supply you can probably connect, but is not there and therefore costs an extra. In between, it loses then probably the reception which leads to the stop just a llautstarkes noise. These goals could not fix by changing channels.
But what has really bothered me was that we have a loose connection on vox switch and you rumwackeln long the transmitter must thus he he also transmits and not simply is. We thought then: Well what you have for ne lifetime warranty.
On the Internet, there's then the opportunity to fill out a form and then you wait. After 2 weeks a second message posted silent. A hotline or even invite you in the you could go there's not a matter of course. After a total of 5 weeks !! Then came now ne answer we should send in the device it out and they would then try to repair. No loaner in the meantime, and the cost of postage, we also pay selbs!
My conclusion: there are certainly other baby monitors that do not do what they should, but as a lousy service I've really never seen!
