The shelves themselves are really great. After reading some reviews, we were really curious to the smell. After unpacking the individual parts of the shelves immediately went to the balcony. The smell was really awful. After a week on the balcony, the smell has improved only slightly, unfortunately. We had planned to make the shelves in our apartment (storage room). But that would have been really intolerable. Now there are the shelves for a week in the basement. Their purpose they meet super. But the smell is still there. That's why two star deduction!
