shisha okay. but these traders never again

I want to tell you my experience with the product and the distributors.

The shisha came to me after about 7 days (Spain). The shisha was well packed, so nothing was broken. The Shisha even had features that did were not in the item description. So I wrote the next day an email to the dealer and listed the shortcomings and asked to remedy the deficiencies and everything naturally covered with pictures.

Prompt came a reply that the case will be processed within 24 hours. However, I had no desire to wait after 100 hours more and phoned there. However, all my attempts were unsuccessful, it never went off one.

Then finally after about 8 days I have achieved and wondered why it takes so long, even though an answer was promised within 24 hours someone. The answer: The e-mail was in the wrong mailbox !! Well if that's true so I do not know!

I will now complete shisha send back and wait until you have verified that. What determines will take several weeks, even though I have sent to you photographic evidence and indeed must prove nothing within the first 6 months or so. I think it's easy to make the customer bes ******* things as difficult as possible to mögichwerweise to circumvent the warranty.
