biggest advantage, in my view:
the device actually measures already during the cuff is inflated, thereby measuring the reach of the highest pressure is stopped immediately and the result is displayed (while the cuff is deflated). I've never seen before and has inspired me!
since the sleeve can be quite handy jammed up, the device is still up and running quickly, what the "initial resistance" significantly reduced for a new measurement :)

Disadvantage:
the (pleasantly large and bright) display is actually no longer easy to read at a slightly lateral view, and until then has the frontal view is often the brightness was already back automatically revert what makes reading a bit cumbersome. here my suggestion would be either the duration of the display (max. brightness) in any setup to change or at least to set the default significantly higher (for that I'd even upload a firmware update :-).

for excellent craftsmanship, design and operation still no devaluation of me - 5 points are totally appropriate!
