I now have a total of four variants for ravioli production tested - they all work, but with this bike is the easiest and fastest (and arguably the best). The ravioli are cut in a single operation and "sealed", waste is as good as any available. The ravioli may not have such pretty arching like a ravioli board, but they are all handsomely. The cleaning procedure is simple - either rinse or ship in the dishwasher. In the event that the dough gets caught in the wheel, you can easily disassemble all the Raviolirad and then clean the parts individually.
