I have now bought this Hamburger Press some time ago me and she had the last weekend for the first time in operation. Task: 40 Patties. And I must say, the press worked beautifully !!! The press itself seems very high quality and feels strong. So you can sometimes push NEN bit firmer. What is natural to consider these simple presses, that is it is not very easy afterwards to get the Pattie again from the lower shell out, but that was no problem. It took me about 2 teaspoons of oil for the aforementioned 40 patties. Basically shell downwards. Flesh pure and press firmly. Then you turn the whole upside down and slowly raises the shell of the handpiece (masher or as you like to call it) and the Pattie lies down on the handpiece, from where you can do with it what you want. If sticking in the shell of Pattie will pass with a brush a little oil and everything works continue smoothly. With a little practice you manage loose 4 patties in 2 minutes (probably. Faster, but I had in between always pay attention to the pan). The size of the patties is incidentally 125gramm what I think is the ideal size. For final purification I just unscrewed the knob and done the press in the dishwasher.
Conclusion: No frills, no luxury but it works flawlessly and makes a tremendous work. So strong buy recommendation
