Compared to a SX200 Olitec of it 10 years ago that was already better than the 510 speedtouch delivered by Orange at the time. My line 6.4 km from the NRA, down 67 dB attenuation, rising 37 dB Signal / noise ratio (noise margin or s / n) amount down 7 dB 6 dB. All this is very low especially s / N. The sync is two times longer than with the SX200. The ping (36 ms), latency (40 ms) are similar. Jitter is a bit better: 9 ms to 4 ms. The gain is in terms of flows: amount 2.1 Mb / s against 1.74 Mb / s; down 612 kb / s against 601 kb / s. A gain of about 10% These measurements were made with the 60 million consumers tester but were confirmed on degrouptest and speedzilla that give different values but always with the same gain Finally, actual download location, I compared with a download Orange antivirus on their website. With Olitec I was around 175 kb / s and with the TP-Link I reached 250 kb / s with an average of 230/240, which is an appreciable gain. This modem is equipped to ADSL 2 + 2 and up to 24 Mb / s which is not the case with either the Olitec speedtouch. So I find my worthy investment
