As and when we say "but of course" it's so obvious that to chew is better for our health and mind. What a shame to have to read this book to perceiving it. But this book lets us wake up to the fact that we must chew ... for me since reading this book, I practice. At first it is difficult because we are so used to swallow but after a while it becomes natural. And I can tell you that the results are there !!! And if you are well motivated I recommend the same author the weight baths which is a curious but so beneficial method. So CHEW !!!!!
