Maybe I misconceptions, but I was disappointed. The Idena globe is a cheap plastic part. The two half-shells overlap with a huge bulge at the equator, the headband is made of clear plastic (and the width strokes do not fit the globe), and the base is awfully thin walls and looks cheap. It is difficult for me to estimate the intrinsic value of more than a few euros. Certainly, one also pays for cartography, and that is fine - the half-shells close fit, the borders are up to date and also the lighting with the becoming visible boundaries works perfectly.. Still, without a comparison to have, I have the 35 that the Idena globe even when buying in December still cost as too expensive perceived for four parts plastic with lighting. Now he is offered ten dollars cheaper - that's OK. I've got my vote, therefore, particularly high set one star. Nevertheless, I believe: Better to buy a globe in retail.
