Simplistic story that we quickly end

We need to know to start, as this saga comes in three volumes, the author preferred to decide on land passages rather than sea. For fans of pure piracy and tough at sea, with collisions and everything that follows, you will just see it all the time just the first 5 pages approx. The rest of the time, we will see our characters evolve on the island of pirates: Puerto Blanco.

The story is simple, really simple: we are witnessing the collision of one of the Spanish ships by the crew of Barracuda, the total massacre of the people present, apart five. One, De Loya, is left in a boat, Dona Scuebo and daughter (we learn that by the end of this first volume, it is called Maria), kept to be sold as slaves, Emilio, disguised as woman becomes Emilia, and a Spanish monk. As this is not indicated in the story, I presume that the monk was present to bury the husband of Dona. As for Emilio / Emilia ... We do not know anything. We will not stay long on the crew of Barracuda, as they go in search of the Diamond Kashar, and that we not follow. The only people that we will follow Maria, Emilio / Emilia and Raffy, the son of Blackdog, Captain Barracuda.
Apart from the sale of three '' women '', and they become, we will not see anymore. I expected that we advance a little in history, but even on the part where Maria Emilio / Emilia and Dona are taken from their buyers, we not advance at all. Only the designs are catching this first volume.

At the end of comics, I wanted to let a chance at history, and read on to see if we advance a little ... Do not stay on a first failure ^^
