We had many years ago, a previous version of this Espresso digester, but after seven years, and a fall from a great height went on the tile floor broken. Back then there was this Espressochocher of Bialetti no longer so that we bought another device. The new device has unfortunately made coffee rather than espresso. After a few years I discovered that Bialetti makes our espresso maker again and have now a year later finally "to hit" and it was a "teachable moment" how good espresso can taste it. From the processing of the coffee percolator is equivalent, as are the on the stove, that is, the thread is rather stiff and you have relatively fixed to rotate it so that not all injected fully, but after some time has to get that. The device is in my opinion a good alternative to the expensive Grand Espressomaschienen. Even a milk frother (environmentally friendly for up and down press eg by Bialetti) to and is good.
