Since Firmware Update unusable!

First of all: I know, unfortunately, very little with the technical specifications or standards, which used this dongle. However, I can say that this the time of purchase (June) worked perfectly on my older Sharp TV in conjunction with the Galaxy Note 8.0.

To me not precisely known at the time (sometime ago) automatically played Samsung an update on the grade 8, which probably should "update" the firmware of the dongle. Since it is no longer possible to connect a the Note 8 to the dongle and use Screen mirroring.

The problem that many have with AV Recivern, does not apply to me. The dongle will depend directly on the TV.

The customer service from Samsung does not respond to my inquiries that there is still something will change in this regard. A downgrade of the firmware in the dongle - and thus the setback in a functional state - is not possible which means that a device for around 100 euros is absolutely useless next to my TV.

Way to go, Samsung!
