I have changed my diet and also sought a way to even make bread, since it is now at the bakers and often only gives bread mixes and no one really knows what are all the ingredients for it. For this reason, I looked around to Gärkörben and here found it. After I gave the first time the dough in this Gärkorb and did ferment it, I was totally thrilled. My bread had a nice shape, a nice pattern and this is not much more time to ferment. The basket is light and the material feels a bit like a thick egg carton on. The cleaning is also easy. I knock the flour only from the basket and then I take even a brush and remove the rest.
