The microphones feel comparatively wertig on (even if it is pure plastic), ie it rattles and creaks nothing when you hold in your hand.
Included:
- 2 Microphones
- 1 USB adapter (which passes on the radio signals of Mikofone to the console, therefore compatible with the PS2)
- 4 AA batteries, so you can get started immediately
- 1 white bag for storage of Mikros
The biggest drawback for me as a PS3 user is that the micros are not Bluetooth capable. But because the microphones had to be compatible with the PS2 well, Sony has opted for this solution and ultimately I can live with it.
The transmission quality is outstanding. I could see no difference from the mics with cables. The coverage is for an ordinary living room is more than adequate, that you can enjoy complete freedom of movement. According to the manual is intended to avoid wireless and similar radios when using the microphone. But without special precautions (ie, all devices were left and used as usual) there were no disturbances.
For the battery life I can not say anything except that they endure 3 nights intensive singing. If the batteries are dead, I will replace it but by commercially available batteries. I personal think it is better that the microphones are not permanently installed batteries, because as you can possibly change the batteries when you notice among the singing that one out of juice.
Conclusion:
An absolute must-have for every Singstarfan! Larger fun is guaranteed.
