I was skeptical at first whether such a great idea is really with this baking pan. So far I had only the flat Crisp-form and this -flammkuchen u only for potato wedges, Hawaii Toast, frozen pizza. Successfully used. As this baking pan then arrived here, I was uncertain due to lack of recipes. I then read somewhere that you can use standard recipes for this form. My first attempt was then a classic apple pie made from batter with apple slices on top. Standard recipe "apple pie very fine" from the old school cookbook by Dr. Oetker. After 4 minutes in the microwave nothing happened yet and I thought "that is nothing". But after a total of 9 minutes, the cake had risen and the surface brown. The dough was nice evenly baked / gegart.Nicht too tight, but for me it could have been a little looser. My wife found him just right. A few days later I had a similar recipe, only with a little more baking powder, a cake again, but this time baked with wedges of orange. The cake was re-done after about 9 minutes. This time he was more relaxed by the additional baking soda.
So until then, I'm super happy with the shape. 9-minute a cake just so bake, that's just great. Next cheesecake stand u. Of a vegetable pie. Let's see ....
