For product itself, everything was ready with no instructions and description. But no problem, because almost everyone today has Internet at home, if he can not, the module anyway send right back because you have to download the required software as well.
So for me everything is working properly with my Samsung TV and a Sky V14 card I can watch and record all the Sky channels incl. HD. I had previously CI + module of Sky, which I can not recommend any. Why?
The Unicam module compared to the Sky CI + module the following advantages:
- The programs open within 1sec, at the Sky module 2-3 secs..
- Parental control pin no longer has to be entered.
- Record of PVR is possible at the Sky module only time-shift possible and limited to approx. 1 hour.
These were also the reason why I have bought this module!
Another problem, the Samsung TV USER own hard drives format, which can not be opened with Windows! Whoever cares to and his films would like archiving, which was to buy a receiver with PVR function and CI module bay. But this is not the problem of the Unicam. but is due to the TV device! Unfortunately I can not tell you whether you can archive Sky records with another TV or receiver.

Please use the programmer only on a pad which is not electrically conductive, so you can avoid causing a short circuit. This endangers your Unicam Programmer module together. In addition, a computer with Windows operating system is mandatory.
Step 1

Switch the toggle switch from the short plug part of the programmer, remove the USB cable and remove the module from the board. That's it, the module should now be ready for operation!
