Slade remastered

Following the recent remastered SWEET CD's overdue restoration of Slade back-catalog has now finally work begun. The albums "Beginnings / Play It Loud", "Alive", "slayed", "Old, New, Borrowed & Blue" and the 4 CD Box form the promising start. In addition to significantly improved sound quality you have the CD's attached also informative and richly illustrated booklet's. As bonus tracks were chosen for single A- and B-sides, which it partly so far not had to purchase on CD. As "Old, new ..." was released, I was also a fan of the group and to this day this album is my favorite Slade album.

It is a self-contained album and not just a collection of singles, although almost all the tracks were also available as a single A- and B-sides.
