Now I have the Philips already a few weeks in use and am "really" satisfied. The many good qualities was already reported, I do not need to call again. I quote what I particularly noticed:
Good sound. However little the dynamics, for which a larger output power would require missing. In the upper volume range it sounds a little flatter.
Simple operating concept. Good menu. Me are the little buttons but too fiddly, miniaturization proves to be disadvantageous.
Long playing time. So far I have the battery never empty played. Maybe I have the players but also all too often plugged in to the PC.
It takes far too long until the player announces his readiness after switching on. One is inclined to put down the player after turning for a while, but this is risky because it switches off after a specified inactivity period by itself again, and again ... rigid switching, on the progress bar. Because every completely re-index the player must time the start its contents?
For the here described disadvantages of this otherwise very good player receives from me a star deduction.
PS: In the meantime I use temporarily back my old Pontis. Totgeglaubte yet live longer.
