The protective sleeve can be good about throwing on the garden furniture, the dimensions fit and fix it with the cord is fixed.
Film is waterproof and tear resistant, the green color of the film fits in well with the garden.

So why 4 stars?
The spring of the mounting clip to clamp the cord is designed to weak.
The fastening clip does not manage to keep the cord in the tensioned state, by means of a knot directly behind the clip resolves the issue.

However, for the price, I am very satisfied with the coverage.
