After several hours, then recharge at last: Preparing smartphone, turn on the box and wait for the connection. All coupled and off you go.
And what a sound! Mich hats simply blown away in amazement. With a moronic grin I have my music library browsing on the mobile phone, from classical music (Chopin, Bach and Mozart), about jazz and soul to pop. Everything has reproduced the Box wonderfully, you can hear just at the pop songs quickly become very clear when the recording is not, because the sound is so voluminous and clean.
The sound picture is really good, but that's Bluetooth and mp3. Here is a high-quality hi-fi system, and the X5 is the first speaker, who can keep up with the sound here. Amazing for this size and this price!
Otherwise there are a few quirks: is the pits, and then switches to the phone via Bluetooth added, there is no automatic connection, one has to select the box and confirm the list. If you activate only the mobile phone and then the box on, the connection works automatically.
Although the connection via NFC works, but you must first click on the app in the mobile phone, then put the smartphone directly to the lower side to the NFC icon, and then the box starts up. In this effort I may as well just press the On button on the box.
The sound feature does not soo big difference, it comes with a little less bass sound off.
I was skeptical at the beginning, I have my iPod connected via jack back, works without any problems, the sound is the same as with Bluetooth.
The battery lasts fully charged already at least 7 hours, and this is almost always on the "The neighbor should also listen to music" volume.
In fact, you can see the box does not wear well, it lacks a handle. The design was obviously important. Who seeks what mobile, should still look where else. For travel, as I wrote in a previous review, I do not see the box due to the weight already. The X5 is designed for home, since then. Sometimes for the balcony and the garden party
Conclusion: a few minor quirks in the operation are not significant. The build quality is high, the sound hot, bulky and just great. That one from MP3 and Bluetooth can so rausholen a sound that I never thought! I do not want to miss my little miracle box. There are 5 star and a strong buy recommendation.
Addendum: the box is here now for several months without any problems. From the sound I am always done; is the box on the balcony, it is noticeable that the sound does not become thinner, but very strong and balanced sound comes along, even if the box is turned down times. Alone as I keep asking myself what this creates for a technique, it's really impressive. Still and actually more a buy recommendation.
Addendum 2: The sound function I disable now when I hear rap music because I have other fear that it rips the box out of sheer bass. For classical music just those sound function but again another dimension.
