The Nikon Coolpix S2900 digital camera is a little gem amongst the Digital Pocket Amera.
The 2900 Series of Nikon is perfectly designed for quick snapshots.
This also means that it is ready for use after switching on within 2 seconds.
It is very light (incl. Battery only 161 grams) and disappears without a trace in the smallest pocket.
The images are by default very good, that is practically perfect for snapshots.
Whether such a camera 20MP needed was time to be seen, be the images mM to unnecessarily large data volumes from her. I work at snapshots with 2MP, which is actually sufficient for this purpose.
The Video feature is designed for fun shots absiout sufficient. You can record videos with 720px what not, as advertised, HD equivalent, but the quality is still very good.
A star deduction there for that a little of the screen flickers, at least in my copy.
All in all a very nice, elegant and light and especially easy-to-use camera in which you have to adjust to nothing that is immediately at hand to be able to make beautiful shots even in darker areas do.
