The tested product here will help. The pedometer is small and extremely light, and served its purpose.
With just a few buttons is used to set stride length and other parameters and can start. The device remembers what "real" steps and filters other vibration or shock. This works well.
Nevertheless, I give for the device only 3 stars: the user interface is not up to date and not very intuitive. It works much like the set of digital watches. Without guidance, it is frustrating to try around.
That's okay, if you frequently use the product and to address it. For casual user like me but inconvenient. I see coming that I, the instrument can no longer be used in a short period when the manual is somewhere archived untraceable.
Too bad, but it certainly is always a trade-off the manufacturer's price, battery life and ease of use.
