Soehnle does not think much of Service

The scale itself I would rate 3 stars because the weighing itself is working fine, but the analysis yielded very strange values ​​(eg the percentage of muscle). The reading of the measured values ​​on the PC was not a problem, even though the software made a pretty stale impression.

Now, however, the basic criticism: after six months of use my screen in the bathroom mirror cabinet has slipped by and dropped. This means the display screen has got a plan, so it is no longer readable. So I turned to the service of Soehnle with the question of where one can acquire the display separately (on the homepage, there was no guidance). After all, the service responded quickly but with the extremely unsatisfactory statement that the display would not purchase separately. Even after several requests it remained: the defective display can not be replaced (a fee of course). In other words, I can my 6-month-old balance that works fine in itself, bashing into the bin, because it should not be possible to replace an external display. Unbelievable. I do not want to start with things like sustainability and so now. But this demeanor of Soehnle is anything but customer-friendly.
