I purchased chromed steel spring / Boxsackfeder about 6 months ago this ceiling mount together with the Heavy Duty Anti-Shock. I have always wondered about the black dirt that accumulated under the punching bag. Until now, unfortunately, I had to realize that several millimeters has been nicked by the spring steel ring the ceiling mount. Good quality is something else !!!
