The SENCOR brand is here in Germany, little is known, one more reason to look at the vacuum cleaner in more detail.
Actually, the product in China is produced, like so many other goods nowadays.
60 is the price for that you get a decent finish and a reasonable cleaning results.
The special feature of this vacuum cleaner is the ability to work both bagless and with the supplied cloth dust bag. Both fuktioniert perfectly, so it is more a matter of personal attitude whether in washable fabric with dust bag or bagless a plastic container.
For clarity, I bring the advantages and disadvantages of each other isolated on.

o power controller does not respond linearly (in min position hardly suction)
o in the manual does not indicate the use of products and the purchase of paper dust bags

Negative

- Device under Max position quite noisy
- Connection between the device and plastic tube is not bent (danger of bending of the hose with longer use)

Overall, the vacuum cleaner from the house SENCOR provides a pretty good result.
I personally prefer the bagless operation, since the cleaning of the collecting container and the filter elements is easiest.
But even the washable cloth bag is at least environmentally friendly. Whether the emptying and cleaning of the bag is then as pleasant and hygienic, I leave time to be seen.
As long as the connection between the hose remains intact vacuum cleaner, only time will tell.
