Delivered on time for Christmas roast Amazon. The roasting dish I use so far exclusively in the oven. I trust her but also to use on the stove. With a material thickness of 2.6 mm and sandwich construction they should not warp.

All thing is our copy not 100% flat. It teeters diagonally in one direction by slightly less than one millimeter. Because of a lack of comparative possibility I can not make any statement as to whether it moves more or less within the usual limits. We do not mind, because we cook with gas. Therefore, and because of the good price (12/2013 - 90 euros) no deduction.

The interested induction cooker should possibly inquire beforehand times the merchants. Otherwise, the processing complaints. The heat is distributed evenly. Outside is the roasting tin polished, satin finish inside.

Alternative with other handles: Mauviel 5217.35 M'Cook roasting tin, 35 x 25 cm - more I would not pay.
