I have the monitor since 22.01.2010. The packaging is exemplary and can also continue to use for transportation. The stand is easy to mount and again disassembled eg for transport in the packaging. It is very light, but the monitor is a solid stand. It can only adjust the screen tilt. A wall mounting with VESA standards, would be possible. As an accessory will be a VGA cable, an audio cable, a power cable, a quick start guide and an installation CD. Unfortunately, there is no DVI cable, which would have made more sense, because current graphics cards usually do not have a VGA output more. Makes you wonder if there is no market research and needs analysis are from the manufacturers. I've been about 6 years used only the DVI interface. The design is simple and functional decoration in matt black. So also no annoying fingerprints. The build quality is solid and it does not make cheap impression. The screen is also matte and does not reflect. Good for bright environments. The illumination of the panel is good, but even lighter towards the edges. But that falls on only when completely black background. Image error I could not tell. I have connected the monitor via a DVI cable and the display is razor sharp. Brightness and Contrast I have some turned down because the default setting for documents to read and write was glaring. I tested movies, games and even word processing. The reaction time is fast. I have found no streaks. This information above applies only to the native resolution of the monitor with 1680x1050. The results at lower resolutions are mixed. The setting options are limited to brightness / contrast, input, color and image settings, full screen and scaling switching and audio in digital mode (DVI). The controls themselves are good to use, but the label is poorly marked in the housing and hard to read. Luckily you need adjust not too much. The automatic setting is good. For analog line I can not say anything because I do not use it.
The speakers are good for voice and Internet, less music. The audio is clear and without interference, suggesting the housing, but clearly too low for noisy environments and without bass. Anyone who wants to enjoy movies and music, should use separate boxes or equal to a home theater system.
