Here are a few clues that struck me after downloading the software "Set Point Control Center 6.15.6".
The keyboard should not be connected by cables, since the lighting stays on in the fall!
1.)
The lighting in the hand detection setting turns off after 2-3 seconds.
That bothered me spontaneously because after small breaks me write the "on-off-on-off ....." annoying.
2.) TIP
In the mentioned software can be left to select the bulb and switch from "Manual detection" on "key recognition" under the Keyboard tab.
In this option you can specify the illumination duration gradually from 10 seconds to 10 minutes!
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility at hand detection function. (Why not?)
3.) TIP
Unnecessary buttons that you can get once accidentally but can be disabled there as well.
(Windows Start button, paste, rolls, Num, Shift window)
Because there is no indicator lights for the latter three, I recommend to deactivate when they are not needed anyway.
By combining 2.) and 3.) can be the extinct keyboard with the deactivated buttons then light up again, without triggering an unintended function.
4.) TIP
The often used "computer key" at the top right can be programmed otherwise.
(In my "exit program" >>>)
5.) TIP
Likewise, I do not need the F-keys by default.
The unhappy positioned FN key right therefore requires the simultaneous pressing of two buttons, for example, to change the lighting or operate media function keys.
In the software FN and F keys can be exchanged, so that therefore the yellow features are directly accessible!
All in all, a successful software I Logitech remotes ago not know for example.
Finally, only a small suggestion:
A larger "Entf.Taste". There's enough there.
EDIT: (13-05-11)
After more than half a year, the keyboard works as the first day!
I can not detect any wear. Especially not wear the most often used keys, and determine when Billigtasturen often.
The battery life is sufficient even with intensive use for several weeks.
Is located at the top right a standard micro USB input so that the charge can also be done on the fly; The use still requires, however, the stick.
