This book is moderately interesting. I pass the illustrations of the author are quality, but do not add much content. Many exercises to improve the traction is with dumbbells. If you are looking for a book only on the body weight training, go your way. Furthermore, the author does not explain the correct performance of a pull which is a much more complex exercise than you think, if one does not want to hurt the shoulder. This book is therefore absolutely essential to move forward traction.
