This stove has really everything you need for "semiprofessional" cooking.
Particularly pleasing the wok burner with sufficient steam and the corresponding essay, cast iron for the arched Wokboden.
The cooling fan of the valves is a pleasing design feature, which allows the use of plastic knobs only. Very nicely done and for the price there's probably nothing better ....
