Songs in Kölsch and rock

Songs in Kölsch and rock - the album is characterized by musically sophisticated rock (Plugged) and very varied arrangements. The lyrics are real life stories, sometimes simple wisdom, sometimes politically motivated, sometimes just simply stories. The detailed booklet provides background to the songs abundant information.
Both CD's come to a whopping 140 minutes. Not all songs are also on the Unplugged on the Plugged. Both versions of a number of interest because they come across in their respective version just different. Where titles like "Noh Gulu" Unplugged turn out a piece of "tragic", and thus the theme comes closer than the version with "electric guitars" (according to the title "Music, The Nit Stührt"). The advantage of Unplugged is in for "Not Cologne" better speech intelligibility. When Plugged Niedecken voice got a little too far into the background.
Personally, I like even just two pieces not - "Songs sense Dräume" and "Jed Körnche Sand" - are characterized by cultivated boredom.
