Points deduction there because of the price, but when I look at what some other manufacturers require double letters, maybe I should still be awarded the last point ... Who in the workplace or at home on the desk wants as much sound as possible in a small footprint, is well served by the Music Monitor. The special feature here is the power in the bass range, which they give at all volume levels. Of course the bass is runtergeregelt electronically at higher volumes, but even at very low volume levels (in the office) you have enough power rum down that you do not miss a subwoofer. The Music Monitor may not be the most neutral speaker, but it's extremely fun with it to listen to music. The larger Companion 20 may have even more power and even be cheaper, but at normal levels the music difference is not very relevant weight, and the sound of the small Music Monitor still impressed much more, because the Companion 20 can not be due to the size quite so easy to "hide". Overall, a highly recommended set of speakers, who it particularly small and unobtrusive needed and can not do without yet on full sound. Unfortunately, the power supply unit has dimensions laptop and takes almost as much space as a speaker, but these things require now time to 17V and 2A.
My biggest wish would be a portable kit based on the Music Monitor, which can be operated by battery also go and both speakers wirelessly connect to a stereo system. But that will probably unfortunately remain an eternal dream.
