sound better than the TV, but some negative side effects

I have tested the Sound Plate a week, but then sent back.
The sound has been better in any case than my LG TV, no question. You can clearly hear more noise and there was also a hint of surround feel. However, the plate produced at low bass sequences a clear humming and rustling that has micht very disturbed and the atmosphere of films more harm than good. Furthermore, the plate does not notice the last volume setting, so you have to make up / down repeatedly. And there is no display that one quickly shows the current settings. Bottom line, the plate is relatively cheap, but also has some disadvantages.
