Sound OK, bugs 2 models

The sound is pretty good, it is small, impeccable bluetooth.
Some small flaws: the recognition of a disk is slow, no auxiliary output or headphone output.
For personal, I have received two models on the same faults:
1- impossible to make adjustments in the system menu to turn particular the microphone jack. Result: Karaoke impossible. Too bad, I chose precisely why my daughter ....
2- navigation impossible in the folders on the USB key: menu is not displayed. Pb related to the first?
3- Can not choose a track number directly from the remote. Yet that is documented in the manual. Pb bound also the 1st problem?

In short, after a second shipment of Amazon, this time: return to the Philips service!
